The first paragraph was about me and this one is about what I'm going to do in Haiti. On the OMS compound (where I am going to be living) there is a gift shop where I will be working. This gift shop is more important than one would think. The visiting teams, that only stay for a short period, are so busy doing mission work that they don't have enough time to go out and by souveneirs so some people on the compound go and buy art work to put in the gift shop. The people who made the art work get money from it and that money puts food onto their table at home and that money feeds their family. So my job will be to tell one of the people in charge if we need to restock the shelves if they are emptying out, keep the shelves orginized, and I might help with a little pricing and cleaning.
